How to list many products on Daraz at once with Excel

Adding products one by one in Seller Center can take ten minutes or more per product. If you have 50 or 500 products, a bulk upload from a spreadsheet saves days of work.

What you need for every product

• a clear product name or short description,
• price (and offer price if you have one),
• stock quantity and your own SKU code,
• the right category,
• the required details for that category (brand, colour, size, warranty and so on),
• package weight and size,
• good pictures, ideally on a white background.

The usual way: Daraz bulk templates

Seller Center offers bulk upload templates. Each category has its own fields, so you download the template for the category, fill one row per product and upload it. It works, but it takes care: one wrong value in a required field and the row is rejected.

Common reasons uploads fail

1. A required field is empty for that category.
2. A value is not from the allowed list, for example a colour written differently from Daraz's options.
3. Picture problems: broken links, too small, or text and watermarks on the main picture.
4. Wrong category, so the fields do not match the product.
5. Duplicate SKU that already exists in your store.
