Terms of Service & Refund Policy

1. What Product Hunter is

Product Hunter is a Chrome extension and dashboard that helps online sellers research products on Daraz, Noon and Trendyol. It is an independent tool. It is not made, approved or supported by Daraz, Noon, Trendyol or any marketplace, and their names are used only to say which websites the tool works with.

2. Your account

You need an account with a valid email address. Keep your password private; you are responsible for activity on your account. One plan is for the number of users it includes (1 user, or your team on team plans). Sharing one login between several people is not allowed.

3. Free trial, plans and payment

• Every new account gets a free trial (3 days) so you can test the tool before paying.
• Plans are paid in advance for 1, 3, 6 or 12 months and cover the marketplaces you choose at checkout.
• Payments are made by bank transfer, Easypaisa, SadaPay or Payoneer and checked by hand. Your plan starts when the payment is approved, usually within 24 hours.
• Nothing is charged automatically. When your plan ends, you choose whether to renew.
• Prices are shown on the Account page and may change; a change never affects a period you have already paid for.

4. Refund policy

• Wrong or double payment: if you paid twice or paid the wrong amount, we refund the extra amount in full.
• Within 3 days of payment: if the tool does not work for you and you have used it only a little, tell us within 3 days of approval and we refund the payment, minus any transfer fees.
• Service not available: if Product Hunter does not work for more than 7 days in a row because of a problem on our side, we extend your plan by the lost days, or refund the unused part if you prefer.
• After 3 days, payments for a plan period are not refunded, but you can stop renewing at any time.
• A marketplace changing its website or limiting access is outside our control. We will try to fix the tool quickly; if a marketplace you paid for stops working for more than 14 days, we refund the unused part for that marketplace.
• To ask for a refund, message us on WhatsApp or email with your account email and transaction ID. Refunds are sent back by the same method within 7 working days.

5. Estimates, not guarantees

Marketplaces do not publish sales, stock or demand. Figures such as estimated sales, revenue, demand, competition, suggested prices, duty, freight and exchange rates are estimates to help your own decisions. They can be wrong. Always check before buying stock or setting prices. We are not responsible for business decisions or losses based on these estimates.

6. Fair use

• Use the tool for your own product research and selling.
• Do not try to copy, resell, break or overload the tool or the marketplaces, or get around plan limits.
• The tool deliberately works slowly and pauses when a marketplace limits requests, to protect your connection. Do not try to change this.
• Only download and use images and videos you have the right to use (for example your own listings or photos from your supplier).
• Follow the rules of each marketplace you sell on.

We may suspend an account that breaks these rules. If we suspend an account by mistake, we restore it and extend the plan.

7. Affiliate program

Affiliates earn the commission shown in the dashboard on approved payments from customers who signed up with their code. Commission is paid by hand after the customer's payment is approved. Self-referrals, fake accounts and spam are not allowed and are not paid.

8. Supplier Directory

Wholesalers, dropshipping suppliers, manufacturers, importers and shops can list their business for free. Every listing is checked by our team before it is shown, and we may contact you on WhatsApp to confirm your number. You must give true details. Fake listings, copied businesses, taking money without sending goods or any other fraud will get the listing removed and the numbers and email banned from listing again, and we may share details with the authorities if the law requires it.

Product Hunter only introduces buyers and suppliers. We do not take part in your deal, do not handle payments and are not responsible for goods, prices, delivery or payments between users. Badges such as "Verified Daraz seller" or "Verified business" mean only that we checked the item named; they are not a guarantee. Ask for samples, start small and avoid large advances with new suppliers. Users can report a supplier after contacting them; listings with several reports are hidden until we review them.

Suppliers must complete an identity check (CNIC, Emirates ID, Saudi ID, Iqama or trade licence, full name and business address). These details are seen only by our admin. Products a supplier uploads are shown only to users on the paid plans we choose. Buyers and suppliers can chat in the tool; do not share passwords or one-time codes. A fraud report must include proof (a screenshot or receipt), and the chat between the two users is attached to the report for our review. False reports can get the reporting account blocked.

Product requests: a seller can post what they need; approved suppliers in that country can send one quote each, which arrives as a chat message. Invite friends: a new user who signs up with someone's code gets 7 extra days when their first paid plan is approved (once per user); the person who invited them earns the affiliate commission described above.

Invite your suppliers: when a supplier who signed up with your invite link completes the identity check and is approved, you get 7 free days (once per supplier, up to 4 suppliers in 30 days). Rewards for fake or banned suppliers can be removed.

9. Your data

How we handle your data is explained in our Privacy Policy. You can export your watchlist and lists as CSV at any time, and ask us to delete your account.

10. Changes and ending

We may update the tool and these terms. For important changes we will tell you in the dashboard. You can stop using Product Hunter at any time; uninstalling the extension removes local data from your browser.
