Are the sales numbers exact?
No marketplace publishes sales, so every research tool estimates. Product Hunter shows a range and how sure the estimate is. Add a product to your watchlist and the estimate gets better as its stock changes.
Will Daraz, Noon or Trendyol block me?
Product Hunter works slowly on purpose, reuses results for 12 hours and pauses itself when a marketplace limits requests, so your normal browsing keeps working.
Is it safe to connect my Daraz store?
Yes. The link goes through the official Daraz Open Platform. You approve it on Daraz's own page, and your Daraz password never comes to us. You can unlink at any time.
The bar does not show on a product page.
Refresh the page once. Check that you are logged in to the extension and that your trial or plan is active. If it still does not show, send us a screenshot on WhatsApp.
AI says "no credits" or "not available".
Each AI listing uses 1 credit. Buy a credit pack in Account → AI credits, or turn off AI to get a free simple listing.
Daraz rejected a product I uploaded.
Daraz usually gives a reason, most often a missing required field or a picture. Fix it with Edit in Bulk listing and upload again. If the reason is not clear, send us a screenshot on WhatsApp.
Which languages are supported?
English, Urdu and Arabic, including right-to-left screens for Arabic.
Can my team use it?
Pro includes 3 users, Team 5 and Team 10 include 5 and 10. Each member logs in with their own email.
How do I get a refund?
