Product Hunter is a Chrome extension for online marketplace sellers. It reads public product and search pages of supported marketplaces to show research data. Research data stays in your browser, plus an encrypted-in-transit backup on our server so you can use the same account on another computer. We only store what is needed for your account, subscription, backup and support. We do not sell your data, show ads, or track your browsing.

Search results, alerts history and uploaded order files are kept only in Chrome on your computer. Order files you upload for city and returns analysis are read in your browser and never leave your computer. A login you save with "Remember me" is stored encrypted on that computer only.
The extension runs only on product pages of supported marketplaces (Daraz Pakistan, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka and Nepal; Noon UAE, Saudi Arabia and Egypt; Trendyol UAE and Saudi Arabia). It requests public search, product and review pages from those marketplaces, the same way your browser does when you visit them. It contacts our server (hosted by Supabase) only for login, subscription, payment submission, usage counts, cloud backup, feedback and the Supplier Directory, and, if you use Seller Center, for your Daraz store data. Our server contacts the Daraz Open Platform only for the store you connect.
We do not sell, rent or trade personal data. Your data is processed by Supabase (database, login and file storage) on our behalf. When you use the website chat, your questions are sent to Google (Gemini) to write the answer, and chats with a person go to our team through Telegram. When you use an AI feature, the product name, description and details you give are sent to Google (Gemini) or OpenAI to write the listing or make the images; they process them on our behalf and we do not send your name, email or order data. If you choose "Send receipt on WhatsApp", WhatsApp handles that message under its own privacy policy. We may disclose data if the law requires it.
Account and payment records are kept while your account exists and as long as needed for accounting. You can ask us to delete your account and its data at any time by email or WhatsApp; we will do so within 30 days. Uninstalling the extension removes all locally stored data from your browser.
Data is sent over HTTPS. Each user can read only their own account, payments and receipts; receipts are kept in private storage and opened only through short-lived links.

Product Hunter is a business tool and is not intended for anyone under 18.
The use of information received from Chrome APIs follows the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Data is used only to provide the extension's single purpose: product research for marketplace sellers.
If this policy changes, we will update the date above and, for important changes, tell you in the extension.
